IFB 2615 TCP Stubblefield Salvage Yard Cleanup

The State of Washington, Department of Ecology is soliciting bids for a cleanup project in Southeast Washington. This project remediates soil contaminated by operations at the former Stubblefield Salvage Yard Site located in Walla Walla, Washington.

A pre-bid walkthrough of the site will be conducted on June 16, 2026 at 1:00PM Pacific Daylight Time.

Mailed in or hand-delivered bids must be received by the bid opening on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 3:00PM. Only hand-delivered bids will be accepted on the day of bid opening. A ZOOM virtual bid opening will accompany opening of bids at the Ecology Eastern Region Office in Spokane, Washington.
