The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfit Equipment and K-9 Enclosures for Law Enforcement Vehicles.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfit Equipment. Such equipment includes, but is not limited to, push bars, vehicle partitions/containment, storage containers, equipment mounts, gun racks, consoles, and associated equipment, and K-9 enclosures and associated equipment. Purchasers use this equipment to outfit law enforcement vehicles for various duty profiles.
