Contract Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide drug and alcohol testing services to satisfy federal and state requirements for applicants and employees in both DOT safety-sensitive and non-DOT safety-sensitive positions, reasonable suspicion, and voluntary requests for services. These services are necessary to ensure DSHS maintains compliance with

applicable laws and regulations.

Maximum Funding Amount: 300,000

Bidders are invited to attend a Pre-Bid Conference, which shall be held via Teams at the date and time set forth below. The Pre-Bid Conference is an opportunity for Bidders to learn more about the conditions under which a Contract will be performed and to discuss the inclusion plan, especially when subcontracting opportunity may be a part of the Contract.
