W200 Duwamish River Crossing and Aerial Guideway GCCM Project
Traylor/Atkinson, Joint Venture in collaboration with Arup as our construction engineer is a Proposer on the W200 Duwamish River Crossing and Aerial Guideway GCCM Project.
The W200 contract package, Duwamish River Crossing and Aerial Guideway, is generally located in Seattle, WA between the SODO area and the future Delridge Station. W200 includes over 1.5 miles of pre-cast segmental aerial and at-grade guideway, including an approximately 2,400 LF pre-cast segmental cable-stayed bridge over the Duwamish Waterway, and interfaces with several other contracts. Exact limits of W200 construction will be finalized during preconstruction.
W200 scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Pre-cast segmental elevated guideway including aerial crossings of major roadways, railroads, waterways, and private properties; foundations; and substructures;
- Pre-cast segmental cable-stayed bridge over the Duwamish Waterway, including foundations, two towers, and main and back span superstructures and substructures;
- At-grade guideway construction, including cut/fill retaining walls;
- Earthwork, including retaining walls and slope stabilization measures; and
- Other work includes demolition, clearing, grubbing, utility relocations, sound walls, road works, site improvements and site restoration
