The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) is soliciting quotations for the fabrication, delivery, and offloading of six (6) sea lion trap systems to support Columbia River Sea Lion Management Program operations. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to manufacture and deliver the trap systems in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFQ, with all deliveries completed no later than September 30, 2026.
