DESCRIPTION:  Design, supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to improve cellular signal coverage at Sunrise Manor, located at 1530 NW 57th St, Seattle, WA 98107. The four-story property consists of 32 senior apartment units, with each floor covering approximately 7,500 square feet.

DUE DATE:  Wednesday, August 12, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM.

PRE-BID MEETING: 

SITE VISIT #1: Tuesday, 07/07/26 1:00 PM - Walk-through is expected to take approximately 30 minutes
