SE 6th Street Improvements Phase A
The City of Sammamish Department of Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the SE 6th Street Improvements Project. This project involves construction of roadway and pedestrian improvements that include curb and gutter, sidewalk, channelization, signage, lighting, landscaping, urban design elements, new storm drainage system, and relocation and adjustment of existing water appurtenances.

Please direct any questions concerning this ITB to the solicitation page in Bidnet. Only written questions will be considered. Questions received after the deadline identified in the proposed timeline may not be considered. Unauthorized contact regarding this ITB with other City employees may result in disqualification from consideration. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
Questions will be answered in writing and posted on Bidnet. It is the responsibility of individual firms to check this website for any amendments or Q&As related to this ITB.
Bid will be posted in Bidnet on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm PDT.
Questions shall be submitted through Bidnet by Friday, July 24, 2026, at 2:00 pm PDT.
Questions will be answered through Bidnet by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 5:00 pm PDT.
Bids will be accepted through Bidnet until 1:00 PM PDT on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this ITB, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the ITB at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
