MANDATORY PRE-BID CONSTRUCTION MEETING

• Bid Package 02.00 – Demolition

Absher Construction General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM) is requesting subcontractor bids for the bid packages referenced above for the Timberline High School CTE Annex. All bids must be submitted on the proper Bid Form included in the bid documents and must be submitted in-person.

Sealed bids will be accepted on July 20, 2026 at the times listed above, at North Thurston Public School’s Service Center, 6620 Carpenter Rd SE, Room 173, Lacey WA 98503. All properly delivered bids will be publicly read aloud. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bid submitted electronically or via Building Connected will not be accepted. The GCCM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids.

A bid bond will be required in the form of a surety bond, cashiers check, or a certified check, in the amount of (5%) of the bid amount, for bids in the excess of $300,000.
