Request for Proposal No. RFP260903 - Concept Planning and Cost Estimating Services

The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals from consultants or firms interested in providing services to assist the District with detailed conceptual architectural/engineering planning and cost estimating in support of Pre-K-12 school district project development for the District’s next Building, Technology, Academics and Athletics VI (BTA VI) capital levy currently scheduled for a vote in February 2028.
