North Satellite Renovation and Expansion Project

Notice of Base Building Bid Package Release for Subcontractors and Suppliers for Trades listed below Per RCW 39.10.380

Pursuant to RCW 39.10.380, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. (Hensel Phelps) is requesting bids in response to the Base Building Bid Package from prospective Subcontractors on scopes of work on the North Satellite Modernization project which include: Hold Room Gate Casework – Phase 1 and 2.

A Bid Package for the subject procurement will be released on February 22, 2018. Interested parties can obtain an electronic copy of the Bid Package documents by contacting Dale Weislak at Hensel Phelps via email at: dweislak@henselphelps.com or phone at 408-219-1406.

Bids will be due by no later than 2:00 PM PT on March 22, 2018.

No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. If bids are submitted via mail or courier service, they should be received by Hensel Phelps by no later than the bid due date noted above.

Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for all subcontracts exceeding $50,000. Subcontracts shall be executed on Hensel Phelps Construction Co. standard subcontract forms, copies of which will be included with the bid documents. Dept. of L&I, current Certificate of Workers Compensation and WA State Stop Gap employers’ liability Insurance will be required of all Subcontractors.
