OMWBE Business Resources

Congratulations on getting certified! There are just a few more steps you need to take to maximize your business opportunities with Washington State.

Please complete the steps below, and check out the additional resources that can help you get the most out of your certification.

Scroll down for instructions on how to log in and access your certification letter.

Step 1:  Register in WEBS

Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) is the central location for all work put out by state agencies here in Washington. You can sign up to receive tailored lists of bid opportunities, review bid documents and more. You can also list your OMWBE certifications on your WEBS account to show state agencies that you’re certified. Click 'Register Now' on the login portal to get started.

We recommend subscribing to the Business Diversity Newsletter with the Department of Enterprise Service's (DES), to learn about the latest Statewide Contracting opportunities. Statewide Contracts represent a substantial portion of total public spending in a variety of different industries.

Step 2: Claim Your Free Consultation With APEX Accelerator

Washington APEX Accelerator (formerly Washington PTAC) is an organization funded by the federal government that provides free business consulting and advice to any business that wants to work in the government sector. APEX also offers a Bid Match service that provides your business with a daily email with links to solicitations in your industry. Register Here.
