This session will guide participants and teach them to leverage technology set up their computers and phones to maximize speed and productivity, including encryption password, bookmarks manager, and browser. By the end of the session, participants will seamlessly log in and out of websites quickly and efficiently without delay, using encryption and 2FA. Additionally, attendees will establish an online server for quick and remote access to relevant business files and documents, creating a system that expedites the bidding process. By the end of this session, participants will have organized project and admin folders, enabling them to bid faster, invoice promptly, and handle change orders efficiently.
