The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Purchasing Agreements to allow eligible purchasers in Washington and Oregon to acquire Variable Message Boards.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington and Oregon state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Variable Message Boards defined as: Truck Mounted Arrow Boards, Truck Mounted 2-Line and 3-Line Matrix Boards, and Trailer Mounted Full-Matrix and Line-Matrix Message Boards.
