Jefferson County PUD No. 1 is interested in receiving informal quotations for OVERHEAD TO UNDERGROUND CONVERSION-SHORTS LANE. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications. 

Project Description

The project will entail trenching 600 feet of trench (12" W x 42" D), one 2" schedule 40 PVC conduit for broadband, and one 3" schedule 40 PVC conduit for electric.  The contractor will need to coordinate with JPUD for one splice pit and stubbing electric conduit into an energized transformer.  Material will be provided by JPUD.

The Contractor shall be fully responsible for all supervision, labor, traffic control, tools and equipment necessary to complete the OVERHEAD TO UNDERGROUND CONVERSION-SHORTS LANE project described in this Request for Quotation document.

Small, Minority and Woman-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.
