This contract provides for the construciton of the Archie Anderson Park Building located at 274 22nd Avenue, Longview, WA 98632.  Parcel 04242.  The work includes construction of a new 2640 square foot office building.  The project includes new utility improvements for electrical, communication, water, sewer, and stormwater service for the building.  The project includes structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other incidental work necessary to complete all the work in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Special Provisions, Special Technical Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
