Construction Summary:

Demo and remove northern wooden structure, slab and utilities. Selectively alter the southern Dome Room masonry walls and concrete rood edges to facilitate the expansion of the Observatory. Expand facility to include a new Entry/Orientation Space, Presentation Room, Retail Space, Office, Rest Rooms, and a Mechanical Room. Construct new wall around the South Dome room. Improvements include ADA access, rest rooms, septic system and water supply.
