Rotschy Inc. is soliciting subcontractor bids and supplier quotations from qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses for the City of Sutherlin Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement project.  This project bids at 2:00 P.M. on March 14^th, 2018; Rotschy is requesting that subcontractor bids and supplier quotations be submitted as early as practicable on or before this date.  Plans and specifications can be downloaded for a small fee at www.questcdn.com, using Project No. 5494563.  Interested parties may also contact Rotschy Inc. for access to the documents.

This project involves construction of: two influent wastewater screens; an influent pump station with five 1,800-gpm pumps and associated equipment; headworks including influent metering and grit removal equipment; four basin sequencing batch reactors including decanters, aeration system, valves, pumps and mixers; two tertiary filters; an ultraviolet disinfection facility; blower, electrical, and sludge dewatering building; remodeling of an existing laboratory and filter building; rehabilitation of an aerobic digester and sludge dewatering facility; replacement of effluent recycled water pumps; an expanded chlorine contact basin complete with flow baffles; a 12-inch recycled water line to Ford’s Pond complete with flow control valve and discharge header; rehabilitation of the Everett Street Pump Station; and new SCADA control system, flow metering, and miscellaneous instrumentation.

Rotschy Inc. is seeking bids and quotations for scopes related to earthwork, utilities, asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork, fencing, landscaping, surveying, concrete reinforcement, concrete finishing, masonry, miscellaneous metals, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, interior finishes and specialties, mechanical equipment, HVAC, electrical controls and instrumentation, and other related work such as trucking and crane services.
