Solicitiation Purpose |
This competitive solicitation is issued in order to assist the Board of Appeals Division (BOA) of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in seeking a qualified contractor to provide Transcription Services to convert mp3 audio files to searchable electronic and hard copy formats. BOA routinely requests hearing transcripts for both internal review and review by the Superior Courts of Washington. BOA sets up all case files for Superior Court, whether or not BOA has review of the case type. Transcription services have been requested for over 15 years by the BOA, and are a required part of BOA’s business functions. |
