NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 25, 2024 at 600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, 98501-1091, and will be publicly opened and read.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to upgrade the energy efficiency of one residence by air sealing, insulating, and installing a ductless heat pump system at the Department's Chambers Creek Hatchery, located at 8315 Philips Rd. SW, Washington 98498, 47.181336853367156, -122.53468992259016, in Pierce County.

Engineer’s Estimate: $25,000.00

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at 1:00 pm on April 18, 2024 at the Department’s above project location. No questions will be answered on-site; questions should be directed to CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov.
