Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBE, MBE, WBE, etc., Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including erosion control, electrical, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, landscaping, striping, signage, and retaining walls.
The Project’s Scope of Work as described in the Advertisement to Bid is:
This project shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Covington Connector- 204th Ave SE and SR 516 project Specific work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a traffic control signal, ITS improvements, roadway lighting, roadway widening, roadway grading, storm drainage, retaining walls, septic system, utility relocation, driveway reconstruction, King County Metro transit stops, medians, curb and gutter, pedestrian facilities, ADA curb ramps, channelization, signing, landscaping, and other work as shown in the Plans.
The estimated cost of this project, for all bid schedules, is in the range of $19,309,000 to $21,341,000.
