Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenmore has issued the above-mentioned call for bids.  Complete details of the Call for Bids, including all plans and specifications, are available from the Builder’s Exchange web site at www.bxwa.com. Click on “Posted Projects”, “Public Works”, “City of Kenmore”. Builder’s Exchange may also be contacted at 425-258-1303.

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above.  This project includes the following elements:

  • New channelization and signage on 68th Ave NE between NE 175th St and NE 181st Street.
  • New sidewalk, channelization and signage on NE 170th Street / Simonds Road between Janita Drive NE and 92nd Avenue NE.
  • Signal modifications at the intersection of NE 170th Street and Juanita Drive NE.
  • New channelization at the intersection of Juanita Drive NE and NE 153rd Place.
