This Contract provides for the improvements of the Redmond Central Connector trail on the East side of Willows Road NE from NE 95th Street to NE 124th Street. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, stormwater conveyance, treatment, detention facilities, paving with HMA, irrigation systems, erosion control, curb/gutter, gravity block walls, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement marking, illumination system, site furnishings, landscaping and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

The scopes we are looking for bids/quotes on are traffic control, demo, clearing & grubbing, paving, striping, concrete flatwork, concrete barrier, railing, gravity block wall, landscaping, electrical, permanent signing, precast structure supply, pipe supply, concrete supply, aggregate supply and delivery, rental trucking, sawcutting, survey, site furnishings, and erosion control.

This project has the following goals:
DBE: 15%
