Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Master Contracts geographic region for eligible purchasers to acquire snow and ice control products [highway & roadway]. 
Through the Master Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted snow and ice control products [highway & roadway]. The State of Washington has responsibility for snow and ice prevention and removal pertaining to state highways and roadways.  Accordingly, Washington state agencies purchase snow and ice control products to perform their mission.
