The Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) is initiating this RFQQ to solicit responses from individuals or entities interested in providing conference coordination services for the Insurance Commissioner’s Climate Summit in the fall of 2020 (“2020 Summit”). The 2020 Summit will take place over two days in September 2020 in the Seattle area and will have approximately 200 attendees. The target audience for the 2020 Summit includes climate policy experts, insurance industry, risk managers, climate academia, and state and local governments.
