Scope of Work:
Queue management and dispatching taxis and flat-rate for hire vehicles from the South 160th Ground Transportation Lot to the 3rd Floor staging area. Verify that all taxis and flat rate for hire vehicles entering the 3rd Floor staging area are permitted to operate at the Airport.
