Proposals are requested by 3:00 p.m., November 20, 2020, for the following:

FACILITIES CONDITION ASSESSMENT UPDATE

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The City of Lynnwood (City) is seeking engineering, architecture and contractor professionals to update the existing facilities condition assessment from 2012 and 2014, and perform a condition inspection and assessment of City facilities to identify deficiencies, problems, maintenance items, hazards, risks, and code compliance to update the findings of the previous reports.

The Request for Proposals for this Project (including the Scope of Work, proposed contract, and instructions for submittals, and evaluation criteria) are available at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/lynnwoodwa?status=all . All questions regarding this Project shall be addressed in writing to the Procurement Division procurement@lynnwoodwa.gov. 

The City of Lynnwood in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
