Fine Arts Parking Garage Surface Repair

Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Abbreviated Project Scope:

The Washington State University Pullman Campus will be repairing the Fine Arts Parking Garage surface on levels 1, 2 and 3. Specific tasks will include: concrete spall and delamination repair, drain slope improvements, cold joint and crack sealing, concrete sunshade concrete repair, application of MMA protective polymer overlay, application of elastomeric traffic deck coating, application of an organofunctional silane corrosion inhibitor to surface treatment over footing strap tie, new pavement markings and parking stall striping.

Bid Estimate:  $800,000-$850,000

Bid Deadline: April 30, 2024, prior to 2:00 p.m., virtual bid opening at 2:30 p.m.
