Request for Proposal Packets Must be Received by

May 22, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

The City of Stanwood is seeking proposals from experienced design and consulting firms to build a new Geographic Information System for the City of Stanwood. Consultants may consist of a single firm or a multidiscipline team that can build a GIS program for the city consisting of, but not limited to, land use, zoning, critical areas, utility, and transportation layers. Consultants will be required to show their experience in Esri geographic information systems, geodatabase development, analysis, visualizations, troubleshooting and technical support in developing complex GIS networks.

It is the sole responsibility of responder to deliver the packet to the designated location prior to the deadline date and time. Each response must be sealed in an envelope which has been clearly marked “RFP – City of Stanwood GIS Project”. All late packets will be returned to responder unopened when properly marked.

All responders shall submit one (1) signed original and five (5) copies of the proposal to:

The City reserves the right to modify or cancel in part, or in its entirety, this RFP.
