CITY OF WOODLAND
GOERIG ST ADA RAMP REPLACEMENT

Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the following described work will be received by the City of Woodland Public Works Office at 300 E Scott Ave, Woodland, Washington 98674 until Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM. At this time, the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read. An award of contract is anticipated to be made within 30 days of bid opening. Bid proposals will be received only at the City of Woodland Public Works Office at 300 E Scott Ave, Woodland, Washington 98674. Please call 360-225-7999 to schedule your delivery. With COVID-19 restrictions, bids will be opened outside, behind the building, to keep social distancing. Proposals received after Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM will not be considered.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project consists of removing and replacing seven (7) ADA ramps along Goerig St and associated surface restoration including adjacent concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, and Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement.

It is the responsibility of the bidders to print and distribute bid documents to potential vendors and sub-contractors. Addenda will be distributed ONLY via Solicit Bid. The City of Woodland accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and/or who do not acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the bid forms.

All Proposals must be submitted on the Bid Form furnished with the Contract Documents, and each Bid Form must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, postal money order or surety bond, by a bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Washington, made payable to City of Woodland in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the time set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days. City of Woodland reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, waive informalities, or reject any or all bids.
