PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project involves constructing a new synthetic turf athletic field and landscaping for Issaquah High School #4 located at
4221 228th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98029. Bids are being requested for Permeable Aggregate, Infilled Synthetic Turf, Field
Subsurface drainage, Tennis Court Surfacing and Landscaping with irrigation.
Base Bid:
A.1 – Field Drainage System
A.2 – Remaining Base Scope of Work
Alternatives:
Change the softball, baseball, shotput, and football turf fields to irrigation and grass.
Project Schedule:
Baseball/Softball field – April 4th thru September 6th 2023
Football Field – May 31st thru Sept 26th 2023
Tennis Court – August 23rd thru October 18th 2023
Landscape and Irrigation – refer to Exhibit D.1 – Project Schedule
MWBE/SBE (WA) or MWBE (Federal) - 20% mandatory
This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. Please note that Skanska USA Building Inc is signatory with the
Labors, Carpenters, Steel Workers, Cement Masons, and Operating Engineers.
BID DUE DATE & TIME: Monday, July 25th @ 12:00 PM
Proposals may be emailed to estimating@ohnoconstruction.com or faxed to 206-324-8063. Quotes are required at least 2
hours prior to bid time. Proposals received after the Bid Due Date and Time will NOT be considered.
