The purpose of this Request for Quotations and Qualifications (RFQQ) is to competitively establish a contract with a qualified Vendor interested in performing work on information technology (IT) security penetration tests for multiple state agencies and/or local governments. This assessment will be used by the State Auditor’s Office to report on the selected state agencies’ and/or local governments’ security posture and to make recommendations for improving State and local government IT security programs.
