Kiona West Heights Association and Harms Engineering, Inc. are requesting bids for the general contract for construction of a 12” diameter well approximately 1000 feet deep and well testing.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of Harms Engineering, Inc. at 1632 W. Sylvester St., Pasco, WA, 99301 until 2 pm on April 27, 2022.
