Base Bid - Demolition of existing site elements, earthwork, and new walls, electrical service, irrigation, paving, soils, and planting.

Additive #1 - Sports Court

Additive #2 - Custom Picnic Tables and Benches

Additive #3 - Lighting at Sculpture  

The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is: 

Base Bid - $982,628.65

Additive 1 - $75,897.00

Additive 2 - $13,000.00

Additive 3 - $10,000.00

Project Duration: 

Substantially Complete within 120 working days of NTP

Physically Complete within 130 working days of NTP

Prebid site inspection is Thursday, September 09 at 1:00 PM or Thursday, Sept 16 at 1:00 PM. Meet at 12510 33rd Ave NE Seattle WA 98125.

This project is a prevailing wage job and has a 25% WMBE Utilization.

RFI is due September 17, 2021. Please submit by 12 noon.

BID DUE DATE & TIME:  Tuesday September 21, 2021 by end of day
