PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This is project is located at 10145 Rainier Ave South Seattle WA 98178. Project includes but are not limited to:
Base Bid: Installation and maintenance of temporary construction stormwater controls. Demolition of backstop and fencing, asphalt, concrete, concrete curb/wall, timber retaining wall, existing field irrigation, existing play equipment and engineer wood fiber, and miscellaneous features. Stripping existing sod and grading for playfield and paving work. Installation of playfield drainage and irrigation systems, backstop and dugouts, fencing, and playfield turf. Installation of asphalt pathway, ADA parking stalls, concrete paving, curb, concrete ramps and handrails. Installation of play equipment, engineer wood fiber safety surfacing, and site furnishings. Installation of rockery wall and drainage, asphalt overlay and color surfacing for sport courts, court fencing, basketball posts foundation, adjustable net systems, and striping for multiple sports courts and paving games. Installation of lawn, trees and site restoration.

Additive #1 Installing concrete pad and furnishing for the picnic area next to parking and the concrete pad for bench south of comfort station. Installing 2 dugout roofs for dugout area.

Additive #2 Installing playground grass safety surfacing to transfer station of play structure for age 5-12 in play area. Installing color surfacing for multiple sports courts

Additive #3 Plumbing Work for Restroom
