Scope:  First & Goal Inc. (FGI) is requesting proposals from general contractors for selective demolition and reconstruction of the Northeast and Southeast corners of the lower seating bowl at Lumen Field, to accommodate the 2026 FIFA (French acronym for the Federation Internationale de Football Association) World Cup (“FWC”) required Pitch Width Modifications.  FGI intends select a general contractor based on this procurement to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) contact for the completion of the FWC - Pitch Width Modifications project.
