Brief Description: The project consists of demolition of a portion of the existing building and select interior improvements of City’s occupied existing building, new construction of a new parking garage and community recovery center.

Public notice is hereby given that the City of Lynnwood, Washington has issued the above-referenced request for bids. Complete bid documents are available at

The project consists of demolition of a portion of the existing building and select interior improvements of City’s occupied existing building, new construction of a new parking garage and community recovery center.

Apprenticeship: This project is partially funded with a grant from the State of Washington, Behavioral Health Facilities (BHF) program and is subject to an apprenticeship utilization requirement of15%.

Engineer’s Estimate Range: $9,878,000 - $10,427,000

Pre-bid Conference: A non-mandatory Zoom pre-bid conference will be held on May 18, 2022, from 11:00 am – Noon, PT. See the OpenGov website for ZOOM meeting link. No site tours are scheduled; the exterior of the building site is freely accessible outside the current Community Justice Center construction fencing.
