The Washington State Health Care Authority, is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from Bidders interested in participating on a project to coordinate quarterly trainings to behavioral health Ombuds to meet the needs of individuals who are or will receive behavioral health services in Washington State.
