Description of Work: Construction of a new retail (M), office (B), and maintenance shop (S-1) within a building footprint on 6,650sf. Retail and maintenance shop will be located on level 1 and offices will be located on level 2. Exterior work includes a revised curb cut from Admiral Way, revisions to existing parking, relocation of and new parking lot lighting, new landscaping, building signage, canopies, and sunshades.
Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (But not limited to) – demolition, earthwork and utilities, concrete paving, asphalt paving, landscaping, concrete, rebar, steel framing and stairs; masonry, metal panels, storefront and windows, canopy; TPO roofing and waterproofing; framing and drywall, doors/frames/hardware, flooring, painting/wall covering, millwork/casework, elevator, fire suppression, and MEP.
