The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive bids for SWR Bid J2021-11, Portland Avenue Park Wading Pool and Restroom Demolition and Site Stabilization Project at Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma, Headquarters located at 4702 S 19th Street, Tacoma WA 98405 until 9:00 A.M,
Thursday, August 5th, 2021. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be consider to be non-responsive.
All work completed for the Metropolitan Park District will be considered a public works project with prevailing wage documentation required.

Time of Completion: 50 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed
Liquidated Damages: $250.00/per day
