O-Zi-Ya Community Club Water System

Request for Qualification Data to Furnish Engineering Services

The O-Zi-Ya Community Club is requesting qualified engineers to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for providing engineering services related to the design and construction administration for the Water Reservoir Project which includes          final design of new water reservoir, advertising for bids, and managing construction. The project budget, including construction is approximately $396,000. Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Mr. Scott Millonzi, Board President, at (360) 722-2175.

Consultant selection will be based upon the following criteria, weighted as indicated.

  1. Firm experience (15)
  2. Proposed consultant team (15)
  3. Project understanding and approach (20)
  4. Past performance/references (15)
  5. Familiarity with community and local knowledge (15)
  6. Application and administration experience with state funded projects, especially Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program (20)

Interviews may be held at the community’s discretion.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit two copies of their SOQ to O-Zi-Ya Community Club, 2504 Dazi Drive, Camano Island, 98282. SOQs may also be submitted electronically to the following email address: smillonzi50@frontier.com . Submittals must be received by July 31, 2024, no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time). SOQs shall not exceed 25 total pages, excluding front and back covers.

This project is funded through the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Program.
