Strategic Communications Planning Services

The City of Lacey, Washington, is accepting Statements of Qualifications from experienced consulting firms interested in providing professional strategic communications planning services for the City. 

Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based on quality and breadth of previous project work and experience; ability to demonstrate successful attainment of previous project goals, objectives, and outcomes; and previous project references. 

Interested firms must submit qualifications prepared in accordance with the provided instructions no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Friday, January 17, 2020.  Qualifications received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

The City of Lacey assumes no obligations of any kind for expenses incurred by any respondent to this solicitation.
