Project Description:   A new single story 5,500 sf Operations Center Building that will provide office, lunch, restroom, and locker room space for Public Works crew and staff. Since most of the site development work was completed in Phase I, site development for Phase II will include but not be limited to site clearing, grading and fill, a new sanitary sewer lift station, extension of utilities from Phase I, miscellaneous cutting and patching of asphalt paving, new fencing, and new landscaping around the building. The project shall include all other Work and shall be constructed in accordance with the applicable Drawings and Specifications, as described in the Contract Documents.

Estimated Value:         $2,100,000 to $2,300,000
