REQUEST FOR

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Prosser is inviting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering construction observation and administration services for the federal State Transportation Block Grant (STBG) funded, 7th Street Reconstruction project, to be constructed in 2018.

Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to twenty (20) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with construction observation and administration; familiarity with the City of Prosser and/or other similar municipalities; familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA standards; and past performance/references.

Statements of Qualifications shall be received at City Hall by 3:00 p.m., March 15, 2018.  Please submit three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications to:
