NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids for the following Public Works Project will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 16, 2024 at 600 Capitol Way North, MS: 43158, Olympia, Washington, 98501-1091, and will be publicly opened and read.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to replace three (3) fire rated doors, and one (1) fire rated counter shutter at the Departments Region 6 Office, located at 48 Devonshire Road Montesano, Washington 98563, in Grays Harbor County.

Engineer’s Estimate: $75,000

A RECOMMENDED pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2024 at the Department’s above project location. No questions will be answered on-site; questions should be directed to CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov.

If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions to Bidder. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs.

Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
