Request for Proposals for Cultural Monitoring

The Port of Clarkston is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms for cultural assessment services, specifically monitoring, in connection with the Port's Census Tract 9604 Service Area Fiber-to-the-Home project in Clarkston, WA.

Request for Proposal (RFP), addenda, and reference documents/maps are available on-line through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. at http://www.bxwa.com. Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements covered in the detailed RFP which includes both qualifications and costs to perform the work.  Submittals should be delivered per instructions by 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFP.

Rejection of bids may occur if a bidder is not responsible or responsive or has a conflict of interest. All firms must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business and must not be debarred or suspended.

This project is funded through the Washington Department of Commerce with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
