Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) is a Public Transportation Benefit Area
(PTBA), defined by RCW Chapter 36.57A, providing transit service throughout
Whatcom County, Washington. WTA provides fixed route, paratransit, rural dial-a-ride,
on-demand, and vanpool service, as well as fixed route service into neighboring Skagit
County.

WTA is currently seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide
federal legislative consulting and government relations services.
