Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for On-Call Environmental Management Services.

The consultant will provide environmental management services as KPUD projects are scheduled for development or as circumstances emerge that require professional environmental management services. KPUD anticipates selecting one firm to provide consulting services on an on-call basis.

The chosen firm will enter into an initial three (3) year term agreement with the option (based on mutual Agreement) to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon KPUD Board approval. The maximum total compensation payable for services authorized under this Agreement will not exceed $300,000 for the duration of the Agreement, unless modified by a supplemental Agreement; however, there is no guarantee that all funds will be expended.

To be considered for on-call work under this RFP/Q, on the date/time that statements of qualifications are due, all consultants and subconsultants must be registered with SAM.Gov and not be excluded from receiving federal funds using the System for Award Management (2 CFR § 200.214).
