Notice is hereby given for the purposes of RCW 39.80, et.seq. that the Board of County Commissioners of Okanogan County, Washington will receive qualifications/proposals for:
ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND GEOTECHNICAL ENGINERING SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL DEFINITION OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN CHAPTER 18.43 RCW TO REVIEW 1980’S JAIL HEAT PUMP SYSTEM OPERATION, SYSTEM CONTROL SEQUENCES, SYSTEM OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES, AND THE OVERALL HISTORY OF THE JAIL HVAC SYSTEM TO DETERMINE A LONG-TERM SOLUTION.  
Qualification/proposal statements will be received at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, located on the first floor of the Grainger Administration Building, 123 Fifth Avenue North, Room 150, Okanogan, Washington 98840 until 12:00 p.m. July 5 2022.  Statements will be evaluated and service provider selected on July 5, 2022 at 1:45 p.m. Questions concerning this RFQ may be directed to Lanie Johns by telephone: 509-422-7105 or by email to: ljohns@co.okanogan.wa.us
Selection will be based on Qualifications Statement, experience with Okanogan County Jail HVAC system, availability and ability to meet county schedules.
