Request for Qualification Data to Furnish Engineering Services

Request for Statement of Qualifications

Stevens Public Utility District #1 (PUD), (pursuant to Chapter 61, Laws of 1981 and 40 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.) is requesting Statements of Qualifications and performance information for firms interested in providing professional engineering services from May 15, 2024 – May 14, 2025.  Potential prospects requiring engineering services include but are not limited to planning, water treatment, miscellaneous water distribution, water reservoir improvements, sewer, construction management, contract administration, on-call consulting, and grant applications.  Work will be performed in conjunction with PUD sponsored projects with the potential for funding in part through State and Federal programs including Washington State Community Development Block Grant with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Community Grants provided by the Environmental Protection Agency.  Questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Darrel Hawes, General Manager, (509) 233-2534.

Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria:

1) Qualifications of Key Personnel; 2) Approach to projects; 3) Experience with State and Federal Contracts; 4) Past performance; 5) Expressed Interest in working with Stevens PUD; 6) Minority- and Women-Owned Enterprise Participation.

Firms desiring consideration shall submit one complete qualification package to:  Stevens Public Utility District #1, Attn:  Darrel Hawes, PO Box 592, Loon Lake, WA 99148.  Qualification packages should be submitted to arrive no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024.
