Project Description: Reconstruct the southbound I-5 on/off ramp at the Port of Tacoma Road interchange. Create two new ramp intersections at 34th Avenue East and at Port of Tacoma Road, construct a new road (34th Avenue East) from the I-5 southbound off-ramp to Pacific Highway East, reconstruct 34th Avenue East onto a one-way northbound street from Pacific Highway East to 12th Street East, and reconstruct 12th Street East from 34th Avenue East to Port of Tacoma Road. Install traffic signals at the new ramp intersections.
